umm...nice, mellow free jazz that doesn't drive you insane. The song "Mirror of Your Mind" has some good explosive drums towards the end, but overall, this is one of my "reflective" mood albums. My gift to yall for the holidays...so relax and enjoy a some good food, family and a good cigar and reflect on life, music, etc. This is for the jazz heads. Happy Holidays..
